Learning Environment:

Supported by highly-skilled and dedicated staff, Bradley 61 provides a safe and respectful public school experience for students from Pre-K to 8th grade. The curriculum is comprehensive and vertically aligned with an emphasis on preparation of students for both high school and college.

High Quality Staff:

  • All teachers in core academic subjects are “highly qualified.” The core academic subjects are: science, the arts (both music and the visual arts), reading or language arts, English, history, economics, civics and government, geography, foreign language, and mathematics.

Technology:

Bradley School District #61 offers students integration of technology in a 1:1 environment for kindergarten through eighth grade. Bradley East students utilize iPads in the classroom. Bradley West students have access to assigned Chromebooks throughout the day. Bradley West and Bradley East students do not have access to their devices outside of school hours. Bradley Central students carry their assigned Chromebooks throughout the day. Bradley Central Students can check out their assigned Chromebook for homework completion. In the event of eLearning, all students are provided with a device for school use at home.
