The Seeds of Health Agency in Milwaukee, a charter school system, is seeking a dynamic educational leader to serve as our Chief Academic Operations Officer beginning in July, 2024.  The ideal candidate will have the vision, disposition and skills to work together with the Agency leadership, principals and staff in our five schools to advance school culture of excellence, ensure educator effectiveness and build community partnerships for the benefit of our students and families. The role is designed for an experienced school principal who is ready for a larger challenge of working with five schools and anticipating/supporting the needs of those principals, staff, students, and families.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in School Leadership
  • Significant and successful history as a teacher and school principal
